Product description
SAE1008 is a low carbon wire rod with a maximum 0.10 percent carbon content, the most widely used grade for wire drawing. It offers excellent ductility and drawing performance for nails, galvanized wire, annealed wire and general binding applications. Supplied in 1.8-2.5 t coils with stable chemistry from heat-numbered heats.
